Weaknesses: Chimeras do not always turn out perfectly, and those that do will take a while to get used to their new bodies and their new abilities.
Strengths: After learning how to control their bodies as well as their new abilities, they can use the animal's abilities to an extent, like if you fused a human with a snake they would be more flexible and would be able to dislocate their limbs and set them back into place on a whim.
Faults: The humans could very well take on animal like qualities. For instance, if you mix a human with a dog, then the human is likely to become more loyal than most other humans once you have earned their trust. Or if you were to mix a human with a fox, the human would most likely be less loyal and would become more tricky.
